SHIPPING & HANDLING
At Kodomo Project we offer free shipping on all orders above 500 DKK / 100€. We aim to deliver quickly, and all orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. During busy periods, we will do our very best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail directly from the courier. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
The freight charge depends on geography and method and will be visible at checkout.
RETURNS
Kodomo Project gladly accept your return. You have 14 days to make a return from the date of receipt.
We do not accept items that have been worn, used, altered, or washed, or items missing the right tags. As soon as we have received the returned items and the condition has been approved, we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards.
You are responsible for the return expenses. If you do not collect your package, we take the liberty to debit all freight expenses from your return, once the package arrives back in our warehouse.
EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR PRODUCT
If you need to exchange the products for a different size or color, please return the items and place a new order.

You are to purchase a return label yourself after the return has been registered. The products must be returned in original conditions to the following address:

Kodomo Project is not able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped. Please make sure that everything is correct before you check out or contact us as quick as possible to make changes.
COMPLAINTS
All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects or deficiencies are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear, your right to complain is renounced. PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We register your personal information with the objective to deliver the product to you. When personal information is gathered on our website, we make sure that it is done with your explicit consent. Thus, you will be informed on exactly which information is collected and why. We do not encrypt the stored data. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information submitted to Kodomo Project will not be passed on or sold to a third party and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
